C-FLUG C150 Pilots get checked out on opening the hangar door, working the fuel pumps, and adjusting the seat

Each of the pilots interested in flying C-FLUG are checked out on opening the hangar door, working the fuel pumps, adjusting C-FLUG's seats and other details before they go on their familiarization ride with one of the Volunteer Check Ride Pilots:
1. Frank Thomas (West Jet Pilot, AME, and instructor),
2. Murray Bryson (Retired Air Canada Pilot and small aircraft owner), or
3. C-FLUG's Chief Pilot, Donna Prowse (Air Canada Pilot with 1000s of hours of experience flying in Arctic Canada).

C-FLUG pilots have gained hours of experience helping C-FLUG's AME Jim Aitken removing the cowling, checking each of the systems, including the cockpit light, and inspecting every nook and cranny.

Bob Russell, Marissa Selman, and Joel Nelson replace the cowling for Jim.

Amy Johnson gets checked out on using the fuel pumps, opening the hangar door, and adjusting the seat positions.

Barry Froese dropped in to share stories with Jim Aitken.

Betty-Ann McPhedran and Harold Kroeker double checking C-FLUG's check list and paperwork.

Bill and Dennis Kowalyshyn dropped by for some hangar talking with Joel.
Mike Gauthier is building his own RV plane.

All but a few of these photos were taken by Betty-Ann McPhedran, unfortunately we didn't get the camera going at the beginning so missed some snap shots of Lindsay Kitson and Betty-Ann when they were being photographed. I've emailed Mike asking for a few to add to this blog so visit it again in a few days, hopefully we'll have them added.
