Commitment required from pilots interested in flying C-FLUG

Pilots wanting to fly C-FLUG need to send your name, address, eaddress, and VISA number or cheque to the following:

1.      Local RAA ($25/yr cheque) - <stewart@netset.ca> or <btoenders@shaw.ca> 15 month membership, goes til Dec 31st 2014

2.     National RAA ($56/yr cheque or VISA) - <garywolf@rogers.com> 15 month membership, goes til Dec 31st 2014

3.      SFC Social ($52.50/yr) – www.lyncrest.org 15 month membership, goes til Dec 31st 2014

4.      99s Local (free) - Cindy Glover (c.j.glover@shaw.ca) 15 month membership, goes til Dec 31st 2014

5.      99s National ($67 USA cheque or VISA) http://www.ninety-nines.org/index.cfm/interested_in_joining.htm - you need to fill in and mail the form found at this web site along with photograph of your pilots licence.15 month membership, goes til Dec 31st 2014

6.      Submit cheque for $200 Non-Refundable C-FLUG pilot membership fee, includes 10 hours of flying, pilot pays for fuel and insurance. Place in Jill Oakes’ mail box in Lyncrest Flight Centre or mail to my office. Additional blocks of flight time can be purchased in 10 hour blocks for $200.

7.     Submit cheque for $145 for Insurance (Magnes Gold Wing Policy with COPA)
